GEOGRIDS
- "CONFELT GRIDS"
Definition. Geogrid is an
assembled polymeric material ( sheet form) consisting of a
regular open network of integrally connected tensile
elements, which may be linked by extrusion, bonding or
interlacing used in contact with soil or rock and/or any
geo-material in civil and environmental applications.
UNI-DIRECTIONAL
SERIES
These geogrids are produced with
higher tensile strength in one direction (longitudinal or
transversal) than in the other direction using polyester continuous
fibers with Carbon Black Coating (40-250kN/m)
